Pumpkin Pie Filling

Ingredients:

-1 can pumpkin

-1 cup sugar

-2 eggs

-1 cup milk

-1 TSP cinnamon

-1/2 TSP salt

-1/4 TSP ginger

-1/4 TSP cloves

-1/4 TSP nutmeg


If you prefer your pumpkin pie to be more mild and don't like tasting all the spices, cut your spice amounts to the following:

-1/2 TSP cinnamon

-1/4 TSP salt

-1/4 TSP ginger

-1/8 TSP cloves

-1/8 TSP nutmeg


Directions:

1. In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients well.

2. Pour into pie crust and bake for 15 mins on 425.

3. Reduce heat to 350 and bake for another 45 mins.

4. Let cool before covering and storing in the fridge.
